I am a social media marketer, writer, voiceover artist and the host of the Unlocking Your Nonprofit Potential podcast. Well, those are my official titles anyway! I’m also the wife of a patient and hilarious wildland firefighter, Blake. I have a funny, adorable old dog named Jack who sheds hair constantly. My family is huge and Southern, which means our Thanksgivings usually include 80 relatives and the biggest spread of side dishes in the history of the holiday. I love chips and salsa, football, God’s artistry in nature, horses, blue jeans and a stranger is just a friend I haven’t met yet.

Since 2013, I have helped nonprofits and businesses use Facebook and Instagram as a tool to grow, and better reach their audiences. Now, I’m putting that experience to work for you with step-by-step instructions, real-life examples, and tangible tips and tricks to help you build a social media presence you can be proud of.
If you’re a nonprofit, chances are, you’ve got a limited budget and not a lot of time – so I created this podcast with those specific challenges in mind. Your time is valuable and I’m going to be respectful of that. Each episode is full of straight-to-the-point advice so you can listen to it while you get ready in the morning, or while you drive to work, and get fired up with tangible, DO-ABLE steps to unlock your nonprofit potential.
My goal is to help you feel confident and proud of your social media presence and then focus on what matters most – the people you serve.
